If you’re looking for a different option to serve at gatherings or enjoy as a snack, this white bean dip is a simple, creamy, and flavorful recipe.
White beans are an excellent source of plant-based protein, fiber, and essential minerals, making them perfect for creating light yet nutritious dips. Combined with olive oil, lemon, and garlic, they achieve a smooth texture and a delicate flavor.
This dip is ideal to serve with toasted bread, crackers, or fresh vegetable sticks—perfect for gatherings, appetizers, or a light starter.
Servings: 4
Prep time: 10 minutes
Difficulty: Very easy

Ingredients
2 cups cooked white beans (Grano Pampa)
2 tablespoons olive oil
Juice of ½ lemon
1 small garlic clove
Salt and pepper to taste
Paprika (optional)
Chopped parsley (optional)
Instructions
1. Prepare the dip
Place the cooked white beans, olive oil, lemon juice, and garlic in a food processor or blender. Blend for a few seconds until smooth and creamy.
2. Adjust the texture
If the dip is too thick, add 1–2 tablespoons of water or a little more olive oil. Season with salt and pepper to taste, and blend again for a few seconds to combine.
Helpful tip: The longer you blend, the smoother and creamier the dip will be.
3. Serve
Transfer the dip to a bowl and finish with a drizzle of olive oil, a sprinkle of paprika, or chopped parsley on top.
Serve with toasted bread, crackers, or carrot and cucumber sticks.
And that’s it! Your creamy white bean dip is ready to enjoy.
