Ingredients

  • 1 cup lentil flour (Grano Pampa)

  • 3 tablespoons olive oil

  • ½ teaspoon salt

  • ½ teaspoon oregano or dried herbs

  • 4–5 tablespoons water

  • Sesame seedsBlack pepper or paprika



Instructions


1. Preheat the oven

Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) for 10 minutes. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.


2. Prepare the dough

In a bowl, mix the lentil flour, salt, and herbs. Add the olive oil and gradually incorporate the water until a soft dough forms.


Helpful tip: The dough should be firm but easy to roll out.


3. Roll and cut

Place the dough between two sheets of parchment paper and roll it out thinly using a rolling pin. Cut into squares or rectangles with a knife or pizza cutter. If desired, sprinkle sesame seeds or a bit of coarse salt on top for extra crunch.


4. Bake

Place the crackers on the baking sheet and bake for 12–15 minutes, until golden and crispy. Let them cool for a few minutes before serving so they firm up.

They’re perfect for serving with dips, cheeses, or spreads, or simply enjoying as a snack.
