Ingredients


  • 2 cups cooked lentils Grano Pampa

  • 1 medium onion, chopped

  • 1 carrot, grated

  • 1 garlic clove, minced

  • 1 cup crushed tomatoes

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 1 teaspoon oregano or paprika


Instructions


1. Prepare the base

In a large pan, heat the olive oil and sauté the onion, carrot, and garlic for about 5 minutes, until softened.


2. Add the tomatoes

Stir in the crushed tomatoes and seasonings. Cook over medium heat for 5 to 10 minutes.


3. Add the lentils
