Ideal for a dinner with friends, a different meal, or for those who want healthier alternatives without sacrificing flavor.

Servings: 2

Preparation time: 30 minutes

Difficulty: Easy

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of Grano Pampa lentil flour

  • ¾ cup of water

  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil

  • ½ cup of tomato sauce

  • 100 g cheese (mozzarella or similar)

  • 1 sliced tomato

  • Oregano to taste

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

1. Prepare the dough

In a bowl, mix the lentil flour with the water, 1 tablespoon of olive oil, salt, and pepper. Mix until you get a thick, pancake-like batter.

2. Cook the base

Heat a non-stick frying pan with a little oil. Pour the mixture into the pan in a circle and cook over medium heat for 5 to 7 minutes, until the base is firm. Carefully flip it over and cook for another 3 to 4 minutes. It should be golden brown and easy to handle.

3. Add toppings

Place the base on a baking sheet, add the tomato sauce, cheese, and sliced tomato.

Helpful tip for the recipe: If you want a crispier base, leave it in the pan for a few extra minutes before adding the toppings.

4. Gratinate

Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 10 minutes, until the cheese is melted.

5. Serve

Remove from the oven, sprinkle with oregano, and serve hot. Cut it, share it… and enjoy a homemade pizza with a healthy twist.

And that's it! Your easy and delicious lentil flour pizza is ready to enjoy.
