This sweet chocolate popcorn is a simple, quick, and very tempting recipe. It has that perfect contrast between the crunch of the popcorn and the richness of the chocolate, making it ideal for a weekend treat.
Plus, you can make it in just a few minutes with basic ingredients and give it your personal touch.

Ingredients
½ cup of Pampa Grano popcorn
1 tablespoon of sunflower oil
80g of dark chocolate
1 teaspoon of coconut oil (optional, for shine)
Pinch of salt (optional)
Preparation
1. Make the popcorn
In a pot, heat the oil and add the popcorn kernels. Cover and cook over medium heat until they stop popping. Stir the pot occasionally to prevent burning.
2. Melt the chocolate
In a suitable container, melt the chocolate using a double boiler or in the microwave in short bursts. For a smoother, shinier texture, add a teaspoon of coconut oil.
Helpful tip for the recipe: You can add a pinch of salt to enhance the chocolate flavor and achieve an incredible sweet-salty contrast.
3. Mix
Pour the popcorn into a large bowl and add the melted chocolate in a thin stream. Gently mix to distribute it without crushing the popcorn.
4. Let it cool
Let it sit for a few minutes so the chocolate hardens a little.
5. Serve
