Got leftover popcorn and not sure what to do with it? This recipe is for you. These white chocolate and nut popcorn clusters are a sweet, crunchy snack that's incredibly easy to make.

They come together in just a few minutes, require no baking, and combine the best textures: airy popcorn, creamy white chocolate, and the satisfying crunch of nuts.

Perfect for movie nights, an afternoon treat, or whenever you're craving something sweet without the hassle.

Serves: 3 servings

Prep Time: 15 minutes

Difficulty: Very Easy

Ingredients

  • 4 cups popped popcorn (without excess salt or sugar)

  • 150 g white chocolate

  • ¼ cup chopped nuts (almonds, walnuts, or peanuts)

  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil (optional)

Instructions

1. Prepare the Popcorn

Place the popcorn in a large bowl. Remove any unpopped kernels to avoid unpleasant surprises.

2. Melt the Chocolate

Melt the white chocolate using a double boiler or microwave in short intervals. For a smoother consistency, add the coconut oil.

3. Mix

Pour the melted chocolate over the popcorn and gently toss until evenly coated. Add the chopped nuts and mix lightly.

4. Form the Clusters

Using a spoon, create small clusters on a baking sheet or tray lined with parchment paper.

Helpful Tip: Avoid overmixing so the popcorn stays intact and maintains its crunchy texture.

5. Chill

Refrigerate for 10–15 minutes, or until the chocolate has fully set.

6. Serve

Remove the clusters from the parchment paper and enjoy. Grab one, start a movie, and watch them disappear.

And that's it! Your white chocolate and nut popcorn clusters are ready to enjoy.
