Chickpeas add a creamy texture, along with plant-based protein and fiber, creating a surprisingly delicious result.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked chickpeas Grano Pampa

  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder

  • ¼ cup sugar or stevia

  • 1 egg

  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • Chocolate chips (optional)



Instructions


1. Blend the ingredients

Place all the ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth.


2. Transfer to pan

Pour the mixture into a lightly greased baking pan.


3. Bake

Bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C (350 °F) for about 20 minutes.


Helpful tip: don’t overbake them if you want a moist texture.
