Ingredients
1 cup cooked chickpeas Grano Pampa
2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
¼ cup sugar or stevia
1 egg
1 tablespoon peanut butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
1. Blend the ingredients
Place all the ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth.
2. Transfer to pan
Pour the mixture into a lightly greased baking pan.
3. Bake
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C (350 °F) for about 20 minutes.
Helpful tip: don’t overbake them if you want a moist texture.
