Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups Grano Pampa Chickpea Flour

  • ⅓ cup unsweetened cocoa powder

  • ½ cup sugar or sweetener of choice

  • 2 eggs

  • ½ cup milk

  • ⅓ cup neutral oil

  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • ½ cup chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

1. Prepare the oven

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

Line a muffin tray with paper liners or lightly grease the molds.

2. Mix the dry ingredients

In a large bowl, combine the Grano Pampa Chickpea Flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder.

Mix well to distribute the ingredients evenly.

3. Prepare the wet ingredients

In another bowl, whisk the eggs and sugar.

Add the milk, oil, and vanilla extract.

Mix until fully combined.

4. Combine the batter

Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients.

Mix gently until you get a smooth and creamy batter.

Helpful tip: Avoid overmixing to keep the muffins soft and tender.

5. Add chocolate

If using chocolate chips, fold them into the batter.

Reserve some to place on top before baking.

6. Fill the molds

Pour the batter into the muffin molds, filling each one about ¾ full.

7. Bake

Bake for 18–22 minutes.

Insert a toothpick into the center to check doneness. It should come out clean.

8. Cool and serve

Let the muffins cool for a few minutes before removing them from the tray.

Enjoy them on their own, with fruit, yogurt, or your favorite drink.

And that's it! Your chocolate chickpea flour muffins are ready to enjoy.
