Ingredientes para preparar budín de limón con harina de garbanzos.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Grano Pampa Chickpea Flour

  • 2 eggs

  • ½ cup sugar

  • ⅓ cup neutral oil

  • Juice of 2 lemons

  • Zest of 2 lemons

  • 1 cup milk

  • 1 tablespoon baking powder

Instructions

1. Prepare the oven

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

Grease a loaf pan and lightly dust it with flour, or line it with parchment paper.

2. Mix the wet ingredients

In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and sugar until combined.

Add the oil, lemon juice, and lemon zest, and mix well.

3. Add the dry ingredients

Incorporate the Grano Pampa Chickpea Flour and baking powder.

Alternate with the milk while gently stirring the mixture.

4. Combine the batter

Continue mixing until you achieve a smooth, lump-free batter.

The consistency should be creamy and easy to pour.

Helpful tip: If the batter seems too thick, add a splash of milk to reach the desired consistency.

5. Transfer to the pan

Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.

Smooth the top with a spatula to ensure even baking.

6. Bake

Bake for approximately 35–40 minutes.

The loaf is ready when the top is lightly golden and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

7. Cool and serve

Allow the loaf to cool completely before removing it from the pan.

Serve it plain or drizzle it with a simple lemon glaze for extra citrus flavor.

And that's it! Your lemon loaf with chickpea flour is ready to enjoy.
