Ingredients


For the crust:

  • 1 ½ cups chickpea flour Grano Pampa

  • 4 tablespoons olive oil

  • ½ teaspoon salt

  • Water, as needed


For the filling:

  • 150 g cooked ham

  • 150 g cheese (creamy cheese or mozzarella)

  • 2 tomatoes, sliced

  • 2 eggs

  • ½ cup milk

  • Salt and pepper to taste


















Instructions


1. Preheat the oven

Preheat the oven to 180 °C (350 °F) for 10 minutes.


2. Prepare the crust

In a bowl, mix the chickpea flour, salt, and olive oil. Gradually add water until a soft dough forms.

Roll out the dough and use it to line a lightly greased tart pan.


3. Prepare the filling

Layer the ham, cheese, and sliced tomatoes over the crust. In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper, then pour over the filling.


4. Bake

Bake for 30–35 minutes, until the tart is set and golden.


5. Serve

Let it rest for a few minutes before slicing. Serve warm, ideally with a fresh salad.
