Preparación de mezcla para panqueques elaborados con harina de garbanzos.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Grano Pampa Chickpea Flour

  • 1 egg

  • 1 cup milk

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1 teaspoon sugar (optional)

  • Dulce de leche, for filling

  • Butter or oil for cooking

Instructions

1. Prepare the batter

In a large bowl, combine the Grano Pampa Chickpea Flour, egg, milk, vanilla extract, and sugar if using.

Whisk until the ingredients begin to come together.

2. Remove any lumps

Continue whisking until the batter is smooth and lump-free.

The consistency should be similar to a classic pancake batter: pourable but not too thin.

Helpful tip: If the batter seems too thick, add one or two extra tablespoons of milk.

3. Let the batter rest

Allow the batter to rest for 5 minutes.

This helps the flour absorb the liquid and results in softer, more flexible pancakes.

4. Heat the pan

Place a non-stick skillet over medium heat.

Lightly grease it with butter or oil and remove any excess with a paper towel.

5. Cook the pancakes

Pour a small amount of batter into the center of the skillet and swirl gently to spread it evenly.

Cook for 1–2 minutes, or until the edges begin to lift and the surface looks set.

6. Flip

Carefully flip the pancake using a spatula.

Cook for another 30 seconds to 1 minute until lightly golden.

Repeat with the remaining batter.

7. Fill and serve

Spread a generous amount of dulce de leche over each pancake.

Roll or fold as desired and serve warm.

They also pair wonderfully with fresh fruit, sliced banana, or shredded coconut.

And that's it! Your chickpea flour pancakes with dulce de leche are ready to enjoy.
