Ingredientes para preparar pan de molde con harina de lentejas sobre una mesada de cocina.

Ingredients

  • 350 g Grano Pampa Lentil Flour

  • 1 tablespoon baking powder

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 350 ml warm water

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

1. Prepare the ingredients

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and prepare a loaf pan by lightly greasing it or lining it with parchment paper.

Meanwhile, measure all the ingredients so everything is ready before you begin.

2. Mix the dry ingredients

In a large mixing bowl, combine the Grano Pampa Lentil Flour, baking powder, and salt.

Mix well to distribute the ingredients evenly and ensure consistent baking.

3. Add the wet ingredients

Pour in the warm water and olive oil.

Stir with a spoon or spatula until you obtain a smooth, uniform batter with no visible lumps.

Helpful tip: If the mixture seems too thick, add one or two extra tablespoons of water.

4. Transfer to the pan

Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.

Using a spatula, smooth the surface so the bread bakes evenly and maintains a uniform shape.

5. Bake

Place the loaf pan in the preheated oven and bake for approximately 30 minutes.

The bread is ready when the top looks firm and lightly golden.

To check for doneness, insert a toothpick into the center. If it comes out clean, the bread is ready to remove from the oven.

6. Cool and serve

Remove the bread from the oven and allow it to cool completely before unmolding.

This resting time helps the crumb set properly and makes slicing easier.

Enjoy it as toast, in sandwiches, or with your favorite toppings and spreads.

And that's it! Your homemade lentil flour sandwich bread is ready to enjoy.
