Ingredients
1 cup Grano Pampa Lentil Flour
1 cup water
1 tablespoon olive oil
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon paprika (optional)
Black pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Prepare the batter
Place the Grano Pampa Lentil Flour, salt, pepper, and paprika in a bowl.
Gradually add the water while whisking to prevent lumps.
2. Add the oil
Add the olive oil and continue mixing until you get a smooth and uniform batter.
The consistency should be similar to a thin pancake batter.
Helpful tip: If the mixture is too thick, add a little extra water until it reaches the right consistency.
3. Let it rest
Allow the batter to rest for 10 minutes.
This helps the flour absorb the liquid and creates softer, more flexible wraps.
4. Heat the pan
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
Lightly grease it with a few drops of oil if needed.
5. Cook the wraps
Pour a portion of batter into the center of the pan and spread it into a thin layer.
Cook for 1–2 minutes until the edges begin to lift.
6. Flip
Carefully flip the wrap using a spatula.
Cook for a few seconds until firm but still flexible.
Repeat with the remaining batter.
7. Fill and serve
Allow the wraps to cool slightly before filling.
Enjoy them with hummus, roasted vegetables, chicken, tofu, cheese, or your favorite ingredients.
And that's it! Your lentil flour wraps are ready to enjoy.
